Brief Project Description
The project investment will transform and strengthen the competitiveness of Palijan d.o.o. through its service creation, production, marketing, and distribution segments. The project plans to improve existing business processes by adapting operations for the single digital market. The implementation of the project's activities will result in the introduction of new capabilities into existing business processes through the use of new equipment and software. The investment will enable the creation of new opportunities for sales and translation services within the Applicant's business, in order to create high-quality products for the market. The introduction of new digital solutions into key business processes will result in strengthening the competitiveness and capacity of Palijan d.o.o., which will ultimately contribute to the digital transformation and greater reach of the entire creative sector in the Republic of Croatia.
The project includes the following activities:
- Establishment of new and improvement of existing business processes to adapt operations to the single digital market;
- Staff training;
- Project management;
- Promotion and visibility.
Project goals and expected results
The project's goals and expected results are:
- The company Palijan d.o.o., within the framework of the Call "Transformation and strengthening of the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries" and the project "Transformation of the business of the company PALIJAN d.o.o. by improving existing business processes and acquiring new assets to adapt its operations to the single digital market," is making an investment in transforming and strengthening the competitiveness of the cultural and creative industries by introducing innovations into existing business processes using the latest digital tools and equipment. In addition to all of the above, the strengthening of employee skills will also be implemented, which will result in increased company competitiveness;
- Improvement of 4 business processes in the Applicant's business;
- Upgrading the skills of 3 employees through training in digital skills;
- Investing in the visibility and recognition of the Applicant by creating new opportunities for product creation, production, marketing, and distribution.
By implementing project activities and using more modern tools that can significantly improve business processes, the creativity, production, marketing, and distribution processes of Palijan d.o.o. will be enhanced.
