The translation of a document is certified by the sworn court interpreter with the following certificate:

_________________, a court-appointed interpreter for the __________ language, appointed by decision of the President of the County Court in _____________, number _____, dated ___________, certifies that the above translation is a complete and accurate rendering of the original document, which was drawn up in the ______________ language.

The certificate must be in the language into which the document was translated. A standard text for this certificate in all languages will be prepared by the professional association of court interpreters and translators.
